Initiation Realities And Fallacies: Getting Hooked Up Part 1

Going to India during the 1960's and early 70s was a hot item on a vast majority of seekers itinerary flight plans. Many had dropped out of a world which they saw as going completely mad. Especially in the USA with riots running rampant through the streets, the assassination deaths of 3 of its most beloved sons. Presidential administrations that made a common practice of secretly filming participants at political or musical events such as Woodstock at White Lake. With dissident groups such as The Weathermen secretly getting Dr. Tim Leary, who wrote the book "The Diary of a Hope Fiend," out of the country and into Algeria to Eldridge Cleaver as a trusted co revolutionary.

The Grateful Dead and Jefferson Airplane serenaded SHIFTERS with tunes as they went inside out traveling on Uncle Cid (acid = LSD). The old vision would be totally destroyed, reinvented, and then destroyed again when the hippies became Yuppies and killed the cosmic vision they had fought so courageously for.

In India, dropouts would encounter Mahareshi Mahesh Yogi, Satha Sai Baba, Sri Arabindo, Khrishna Murti, Hari Khrishna, and an endless array of obscure secret gurus and groups who would switch on esoteric faculties in secret brain chambers within them; MANY OF THEM THOUGHT. Until they crashed and burned through assorted troubles they brought upon themselves having taken on cultural nuances not within their psyches to understand. Leaving the initiated prey to forces around them laced with aggression.

How wise is it to instill a secret process within and cause one to crawl out on a limb never able to return again? Is this initiation thing the same as a baptism or confirmation into a church or temple?

Showing a breathing technique to someone or giving them a mantra to chant is not the same as the technical event called initiation.

In which a skilled technician can link his adhikara ( hindu = the impersonal realization of a saint) to the subtle morphic fields surrounding a life form = candidate. Switching on pineal and pituitary in the linking endocrine system via the traveller nerve (Vagus Nerve) 10th Cranial Nerve.

You see there is a real problem with REALLY GETTING AN INITIATION. The ancient German Seers for instance, made those who would seek entrance into their mysteries aware that their focus and attention would become firmly established in another place outside of the natural world permanently. It was not like taking a hallucinogen inducing hallucinations for 12 hours and gradually entering normal cognition again.

Candidates for ancient Egyptian initiation were required to go through a gradual physiological change. Consuming specific herbs altering their body and brain chemistry to prevent stroke and death when they removed the indwelling subtle electrical currents from their brains and nervous systems out of their flesh and blood physical body.

Moving this phantom to a position slightly above their head so as to stage another shift into less visible realities.Keeping these subtle currents intact so they could re enter and become reembodied.

This was a mock death procedure that lasted 72 hours supported in part by by astronomical activity in which sunlight remained for many days without dusk introduction of night darkness. This phenomena occurring between June and early September in the ancient world.

Rebirth into the second womb would ignite through sexless sex. From then on candidate now initiated would travel unencumbered. Highly secretive initiation rights practiced to this day in India involve processes unmentionable in which the initiated joins saints no longer in physical embodiment to discourse with and receive direction in spiritual pursuits. This is not spiritualism. It is a highly developed esoteric technique to form a link between invisible and visible worlds. These secretive initiation methodologies miniaturize popular initiation avenues open to the general public.

Spiritual siddhis (abilities to circumvent natural law to acquire self, god, over soul) are bestowed on candidates through years of scrutinizing observation and testing. Provided to those chosen and initiated to experience exalted cognitive states.

Since the Beatles, numerous pseudo techniques have sprung up and jeopardized the safety of thousands of people.Rendering them open to stray attacking forces from within their subconscious. Drawing similar affinities. Physics in harmonic with unrefined fields surrounding human lifeforms. A tuning fork with bite and teeth to tear the sensible and balanced asunder.

Much of the mental illness today from those initiated by unqualified gurus is due to this activity. Two specific cult groups from that era have been responsible for high numbers of illness and suicide.

According to the ancients one acquires spiritual wisdom through initiation. Wisdom is different from knowledge.Wisdom is a living experiential thing. Knowledge is static and etched in stone. Aldous Huxley touches on this subject in his paper "The Doors of Perception".

Introduction into esoteric practices requires gradual process of refinement of organic body, emotions, subconscious and subtle body mediums through removing dross from rarefied sheaths. An entire lifetime can be spent doing this. Generally disciplined service to humanity once initiated is required to ground out ego which, if not put in check can create delusional episodes associated with the grandiose.    

A Question arises; why do lineages of so-called spiritual masters choose their students wisely? Adepts can bring chaos and pain on others and the world if they fail to develop an underdeveloped character riddled with fear, self importance and personal ambition.

Opening those initiated to abilities and forces which can be misused. Generally this does not occur because use of such abilities requires a candidate to be refined. Rare instances however have occurred of this misuse and subsequent banishment of yogi adepts in the 1960s throughout the 1980s.

Being born into a spiritual family lineage for instruction into ancient mystical sciences has lead to political maneuvers shutting out numerous persons from self liberation. Kissing ass and even sometimes doing sexual favors has opened the door to those not invited into pseudo spiritual lineages for instruction and initiation.

Alternately an individual can be attracted to a master, guru of a lineage.That master will decide if the person is refined enough to receive instruction and eventual initiation.  In these lineages you are not required to do outlandish ill suited practices. Life teaches you and fiat mesmerizes to ride.

Arts and Sciences. The use of science to construct artistically the world within and around one. If I go around backing every pseudo spiritual science guru making claims to create a perfect life for you. Without accurately providing an understanding of connections with science or physics and use of such for your self liberation; I would be doing a disservice.    

Yet science as a practice can maim, kill or worse. Misuse is present all the time now. Nuclear missiles fired, pathologies caused by stray electromagnetic emanations. Electronic configurative devices in space joined with electronics on the ground altering thought process and brainwaves. These are examples of negative science and artful misuse.

Furthermore, sinister genetic engineering attributed to antibiotics, foods and the human organism itself leading to trap what may be considered to be the human psyche in the physical body. Imagination doused, and blank mind wired to the nervous systems to merely invigorate nerve response impulses creating locomotion as work. Humans as Auto Zombies who serve docilely and behave like well trained pets.

This is all very curious?     Give a loaded gun to a five year old after watching cartoons on television in which the silly characters have been blowing each other away.

Give biotechnology to those who are certain control over the human psyche is greater than human evolution and freedom.

Will those in power consider the potential use of destruction in their hands?

A better question to ask is, "HOW CAN I GET THE HELL OUT OF DODGE"? Take your loved ones and family along. You will need the company.

Is self induced initiation possible? Only if the guru in your heart has been purified and raises through song soul to the fragrance of thousand petals revealing the ocean where a boat awaits you.
