Hey, I am located in Idaho Falls Idaho.  I am trying to get a concert together to showcase the many talented people from here, and help raise funds for families who make too much money but not enough money to pay for services and medication for their children who have been diagnosed with things like cancer, aids, schizophrenia, ect.  I am looking for performers who could play their music at the Colonial Arts Theater & help create a non-profit organization.  I need people who know how to write grants and fill out and submit a 501C3 to the I.R.S. for non-profit status. Well the first step on this would be to find some of the musical talents or put up a discussion to get these peoples attention maybe even message them directly then get a sample of each of their music. Then start suggesting it to different non profits or people with big money, also there is a couple festivals that probably do that or would enjoy the spirit energy such as Burning Man, Rainbow Fest, or i think its called bewilder fest or something of the sort ill check and post the real title. If you plan on giving all the money to some cause for humanity it will be EASY.

I've done this up here in N. Idaho, only I created a CD that had local musicians that contributed 1 song each, for a total of 10 on the CD. Sell it for 10 each, which goes to the cause complete ... It sold like hotcakes :o) This was the best way to keep the costs down (by collecting sponsorship, all moneys went to the family in need)

I can do that :o) This is Dean Smith. Make sure whoever you enlist for this gives you written permission. Also, find a good mixing guy to put the total recording together, so it is professional. I used a Lightscribe to create the CDs.

Yes got most of that going, just have to ge nuts, bolts, and paperwork completed and submitted.  Still nee people to help form the commity positions of, Chair, Co-Chair, and Treasurer, I think I have someone interested in being the Secretary. 1st meeting for the board is this week.  Have to get invites and info out today, so going to be busy.  Now I need the talent to call me or msg me.  Roxanne @ (208) 206-1850
