Forgive the free association, I'm using a few different ciphering techniques for this, so if something isn't innerstood, I'd be happy to revisit to explain.  I see/compose these often in my head based on a pretty large set of teachings, so to explain every association would take too long, and be redundant as most people on here will be able to figure out and see the technique used.

Diagonal    If we split it apart we might see      Di/ango/al - Di/Ang/eL or simply D/NG/L as the key letters  -  Split angle el  Divide Angel el   so in essence it roughly may say,  splitting the male angels of god - and as L's or Right angles are Male angels or inorganic unnatural movements of energy, the 45 degree 'diagonal' line splits this 90 degree right angle/angel.  Even if we go the route of leaving out the VOW's of EL we have D which is obviously half the O or whole - the half division is established immediately.  NG - could imply movement (G)  through Male/man-made angels (N)  as the N shows the angles and the G is a C and T brought together - a Cup and a Cross,  G is also the 7th letter - or lower case 'g' as it is snake-like/snake energy -all the freemasonry/kundalini serpent energy is shown.  Again, the NG is the "ing" - ing implies doing, as can be seen at the end of any word.   So, D NG and the L as we all know is EL or ILLIE/LEE/electricity. (for those that have read the Priesthood of the Illies)... I'll stop here.

All the words posted above by KFive have obvious and natural correlation.

Diagnosis    as in medicine, means to have a lack of knowledge or split knowledge.  Dia / gnosis    This is why doc's 'treat' a 'patient' in their 'practice' because they don't have true knowledge and legally or lawfully they can't 'practice' on your 'patience' by 'treat-ment/mind' without your approval.  There are a ton of great words in the medical community that reveal a ton.
