Wholeness all. I found a great video on meditation that I believe both novice and experts alike can benefit from. I would like to add thought that the narrators does say that the posture is not necessary but I tend to disagree with this as it becomes difficult for energy to travel up your spine if you're hunched over. However, if you have back problems like I do search Master Pose on the website and you'll find Sevan video or you can meditate on your knees ( a.k.a pray position). Injoy the video

When you start doing energy work you become more and more sensitive (Aware) to where you need to heal. If you have more pain do less at first, and ease them open. I often ask the crystals for this, Selenite is my new friend for healing, they aid in easing of blockages, and that seems the most effective I have yet encountered in my limited experience of crystals. Pain may come back, but the best knowledge i have is that can be a sign you are healing sore spots. Indeed sometimes I can feel a bump of energy moving away from the block, to travel :), that is always helpful to know I am making progress.

I also want to state that the above states, when you have the right fuel charge, awareness level, potency of saved sexual energy etc, etc are quite intense. I just realised how intense a second ago when the energy level, of the clutch release (following a session of the twists, and a long downward pull to open the heart) was the closet I had felt to the energy being too much for the body. The head felt pushed to be fuller than I had ever experienced.
Don't fear anything, but moderate what you do responsibly. I will be putting together a better package of techniques as I learn them first hand, but I wanted this note here for now. It may be related to much of the day being just meditation, and just how high/far/deep I am working to move now as well.
