Chi, prana, lifeforce energy is everywhere. However most people don't know it exists because its like telling a fish that he's surrounded in water. "What!?" he may say in disbelief but if you open yourself up the ports in and around your body will infuse with the chi energy. I've been learning a lot from Mantak Chia that one must take of their organs, not to waste one sexual energy and so forth. Back in the day, Dan Winter mentions in one of his YouTube videos that the ankh, the symbol of life ( one of the most important Egyptian symbols) was more than just a symbol but an outline of the human body using Chi energy. They would circulate the energy up the spine and it would do a loop around the head back into the body like Ankh. Ankh and other talisman device are often used as a projection of one's self and what he does with the object reflects upon the person's construct. Native Americans will often use talismen that remind them of themselves in a way and project their intention into it. Back to chi, Mantak Chi teaches individuals how to master their energy and have it circulating around the entire body starting from the 4th vertebrate of the spine and back to your root chakra. He will also teach how not to disperse your energy so easily as it often comes out of the major wholes within our body ( mouth, bum, sexual organs). Last week I added a discussion on inner simile which is also Mantak Chia work which describes the basic of the whole process and this is an elaboration in a world where you can feel energize if you practice this moves.I have some videos here that can explain the process a whole better and will teach what the Taoist have known for years
