Riding the Third Wind to Self Actualization Part 1
There are some who frown on breathing techniques to gain insight and an overview circumstance so as to map and orient direction leading to mastery.
A multitude have heard of yogis being buried underground for long periods but rarely the triumphs of the student or home maker who overcome fear and anxiety.
The control and excitation of the ionic activities in the brain are paramount to understanding and grasping the perception of future events as they form around us currently.
This is termed shallow breathing which is typified by breathing in the chest which effects the correct functioning of the thymus leading to many infant illnesses and sets the pattern for disease into adulthood.
This also throws the heartbeat off into arrhythmia interfering with blood pressure and other activities throughout the body.Without sufficient oxygen supply the body stagnates leading to a shorter lifespan outside the genetic clock.Runners know the phenomena of increasing endorphin flow by running. Kicking into what is known as a second wind where the body relaxes and there is an effortless pace as they exercise.Oxygen saturates the bloodstream allowing the heart, endocrine and nervous system to operate at maximum efficiency.
Similar to what some divers,martial artists or yogis experience as a union phenomena where breath,blood,brainwaves and oxygen saturation cause a clarity. Unknown to many who use floatation tanks or hemi synch devices or eye flickering techniques to trick the brain into forced clarity.
As is true of all activities in nature if you push the body hard and aggressively in one direction it will push back equally hard in the other direction.What this results in and equals is zero insight as the emotive action of the dynamic will cause the insight and clarity to step down in activity. In physics this means translating the electrical charge into absorption as sub or unconscious activity. That in itself may erase or subdue any insight formerly accomplished. A more rarefied gentle approach is necessary.
I am not talking about writing down some insight and that supposedly carrying you forward.How you feel physically and what you believe about yourself is far more important then just a fleeting concept which alters over time. Many discount the body as being a hindrance rather than a liberation into profound insight if you know how to exercise will through kinetic and cognitive outflow.
The runners-divers high or the yogic rush for example generally can be limited to alpha brain waves as the breath never graduates to a third wind.Yes, there is a third wind with oxygen saturation and this is what needs to be addressed now if you would like to get any real insight result with the most simplistic of human endeavors-breathing.
Theta brain wave activity, balanced blood-oxygen mixture carried into union with light radiation through cell activity as grounding a light body is the jewel that gets you the cigar. Stilling the physiology,biology,blood and breath creates an exterior of the inward perception to perceive reality from the creative cause that eventuates as form from molecular activity in the solar regions of the physical body.
When the human body is totally relaxed at the solar plexus and the region which is never touched by the outside known as the pulse point; this causes communication with the glands in the skull. In a sense these functions marry.What they produce is life itself in a masterful certain way. As perception then energy enlivens and directs all activity.
The mythological Saraswati then flows throughout the physical body and one becomes an entity freed from just being a material form subjected to the usual and unusual attacks by disease and illness.
Converted to a physical form that displays godly functions a person may pass through walls or obstructions that formerly held them to just being a corporeal nature bound entity. In the real world this means time is altered as the speed of this energetic vibration in physicality is increased to the place where it stops(about 160,000 kilometers a second and higher) and one views future events as still images.
Chaos becomes manageable as disease is viewed without fragment. Wholeness dispels the chaotic and marshals the former into interaction with the realm of cause which alters effect. Rhythmic Diaphragmatic breathing in the abdomen massages the endocrine and vital organs sending charged spinal fluid into the brain which ignites the third ventricle and its sacred mysterious apparatus know as pineal and pituitary.
This marriage invigorates the second womb and One is reborn into new life away from the former constraints of viewing and accepting matter as a hindrance rather than a key to self actualization and liberation from circumstance. Part 2 will take up science and technique of breathing rarely taught.
