Wholeness all. I`ve been practicing kundalini yoga for some time now and its definitely allowed to expand the amount of kundalini energy i could have coursing through my body. It removes blockages created through stress and a poor diet ( a person should be slightly more alkalized than acidic, which i believe is 7.4 on the ph scale) and cleanse the organs. However if you`re slightly alkalized and doing yoga I found I lost weight doing the stretches as the body operates better afterwards. There are different types of kundalini yoga I have found, ones more vigorous than the other. Do the one that works for you and makes you feel more rejuvenated afterwards is key here. I have a lot of videos on youtube that can help to get you started.

Having just undertaken this into my routine a few days ago, I had a great deal of fun with the second video down just last night, the stand up while sitting down crossed legged. In the end we had 4 people in fits of laughter and a promise to try it at a nursery tomorrow with the children, who fortunately get to do Yoga in their weekly schedules.

It is no wonder Yogi's are always smiling, it really does improve your mood and is well worth putting energy into, thanks for the resource White Knight.

I am only a few weeks into using Kundalini Yoga now

Using this playlist I've put together of a more intensive breathing teacher - I achieved No Breathe for 2-3 minutes. I only came out of this state by wondering when i'd need to breathe, it was a natural progression.
Hope the playlist assists you in your journey.

To balance the bliss of Kundalini Yoga, if you are feeling too light (lucky you! :) ).

Lots of drinking water, walks in nature, cold water (I use showers), being by dropping water have helped me balance the mind. Deep breathing, and keeping firmly seated in the minds eye are part of many effective routines, as this helps maintain focus. Herbs are recommended also but I have no first hand experience of them yet, so I cannot comment on their effective use: Spirulina and yerba mate. Perhaps someone further into god-consciousness, with a background in the sciences can comment on their use.

This may well never be an issue for you, if you have stress and full days at work to balance from the system. If however you are further into the bliss it can create, these simple steps are part of the science behind balance.

Hey Karrade I`m glad to see you utilizing kundalini! I will definitly check out the playlist and will provide feedback. I`m feeling very balance now and courage to go new heights ever since I started working on each chakra individually and it has since calmed my emotional side. Water is very key to this whole ascension process I found because we`re made most of it, when we fast it is the cleansing of the watery self plus water has been linked to emotion and water is a very receptive particle of all the three matters. It can change its form where most elements cannot thus I believe by shaping our internal watery self we`re able to reflect back into the word love and joy.

I find the Spiriulina to be great on protein ( 10 times of that than meat) and very healthy in comparison to kale on antioxidants.  But I did find the kota cola to calm my mind during the day and go about it with ease as it has very confronting taste; very enjoyable when mediating.

After a week of being well out of the static comfort zone :), emotions/balance everywhere but centered. I cannot recommend this enough from sarah to come back and learn from the experience. Anytime you are moving too fast, and need to stablise this is a quick, fast and effective set.

Hope it helps you all.

Thanks Karrade

I'll add this to my kundalini meditation routine and let you know how it goes. I do find however the pauses in between stretches like the skull pose ( I believe its called) where you're on your back palms facing upwards helps me center as well as touching my Jupiter or power (index finger) to my thumb ( earth) as I meditate.
