This is a technique created by Mantek Chia. I first introduced it into my meditation routine 2 weeks ago and I can feel the pain I feel in my organs to alleviate quickly just from this simple technique shown in the video below. When you have allow yourself to love the body the body has opened itself up to the prana/chi energy that resonances all around us. By incorporating and practising everyday you will find yourself less stress and show less hatred towards those that have hurt you in the past if you focus all your energy into the heart area. The important thing is to pick up on the subtle energy in the areas you decide to use inner simile on and amplify it for maximum results.
