I was taught to ground years ago and did it every once and a while, believing that was it. While taking Reiki I realized that I have some difficulty staying grounded. When I remembered to ground and was able to maintain it. I started having pain in my feet. I was hoping someone would have some expiernce with this. I need to ground but it hurts, so I don't. Yes you will definitely feel some pain if you begin to start again at a early stage but thats alright just press on and take care of yourself, this is nothing bad just a learning curve
