Wholeness.These are various breathing techniques I use to activate my body. The first one I would like to start with is kundalini breathing technique, then hypertension, and third eye.

Kundalini requires is divided into three parts: ocean breath, breath of fire, and pulsating the energy up and down the spine, here we go

Ocean breath requires one to close on the lower half of their throat, the larynx

Slowly breath out and you should a sound sorta like this "haaaaaaaaaaaa" and not like steam kettle in other words not too high in pitch and not too low. 

The second portion of the meditation is breath of fire.First you should take three deep breaths after finishing ocean breath. Then basically you must rapidly expand and contract your stomach entirely and breath in and out of your nose. In kundalini yoga I learn this helps cleanse your internal organs.

The third portion of the meditation is where one breaths in and puts pressure on their anal sphincter muscle. This allows the energy you have generated to pulsate up your spine and imagine it coming back down again into the earth.

Its important that before and after these meditations you ground yourself by imagining yourself attaching invisible cord from your root chakra to the earths core. I found this one to help but I'm sure there are other methods to ground the body.

The third eye chakra meditation pdf can be found on the website, its by Samuel Sage but it copies the ocean breath explained above.

Hypertension breathing is where one expands their stomach entirely and ever so slowly and smoothly releases it. Go at your own pace and imagine the your lungs filling up with air and relax. Imagine every joint one by one relaxing and talk to yourself to allow it to happen and don't be afraid to let go. Great for high blood pressure

    I learned a new Kundalini inducing breath technique and will share it with you.

1. Sit cross legged or in half or full lotus (whatever is comfortable for you) and sit up as straight and tall as possible.

2. Take in one deep full body breath (that is where you breath from you stomach, not your chest, and make your stomach puff out as big as possible until the two pockets located on you lower back side puff out as well.

3. Then place your hand on your solar plexus chakra and much like the breath of fire, rapidly breath out of your nose (like your blowing it when ill) your not breathing in here just out and do that about 50 times.

4. After 50 push out any remaining breath in the lungs and fold your body down to the floor

5. Then sit up and wait for as long as you can to take a breath, your mind will jump in here and be like "ok, we need to breath now, what are you doing?" but that is part of conditioning your mind that you go through, its great because you can assume total control over your mind and let it know you are the one driving the ship, not the other way around!

6. Once you take that full breath, hold it, for as long as you can, this will create a spacious feeling within you, observe and meditate on your space.

7. Exhale and repeat, use with care as this will induce your kundalini
