Different frequencies for different paths

Wholeness, I would like to contribute some frequencies I found to be significant for the coming years as we enter a wave of transformation. These frequencies are free for anyone to use because many can be found on youtube. This will help you to get to those higher levels of consciousnesses but it requires some practice ( 1-2 weeks) to get attuned. I have found use a lower frequencies on a monday and gradually moving up day by day is more effective as you get more energy out of your meditations. The chakras work the same way as they're all on different frequencies and you must activate the lower ones to get to the higher ones.
