Workbook for Spiritual Development of All People: Revised Edition by hua ching ni/omni

I'm sharing this scroll knowing it is very helpful, very useful and very practical. The teacher himself may have his own issues to reconcile, i cannot comment on that, but the teachings are clean and very much in tune with the purification of our bodies in concert with universal nature and cosmic qi. Although these will fall under the heading of Tao, it is not a dogmatic code of conduct, it is more of a guide to self cultivation. for those that can see, this book emits a golden light, once kindled within .cant find the pdf but worth the purchase. totally in tune with what seven has been guiding regarding astral hygiene and purification of the heads portals.

another one by this author that serves as an introduction to integral self cultivation is

The Phi-5 based system of chinese cosmological life science consists of 5 elements.

Water-Black-Purple-deep blue::Kidney/Urinary Bladder

Wood-BlueGreen-green::Liver/Gall Bladder

Fire-Red-Orange::Heart/Small Intestine

Earth-Yellow-Gold-Brown::Spleen-Pancreas/Stomach

Metal-White-Silver::Lung/Large Intestine

Recall what 7 has taught of the universe being within, figuratively and literally, and the maxim that all is self. The taoist inner view of the universe and the immortal realm is vast and mirrors very closely the inner realms discussed by 7. for me, this was great confirmation since the subtle truths escape most minds. I'm also starting to grasp these misty cloudy cliff scenes and ravines from the old daoist paintings as well as the 'myths' of immortal beings that could fly, translocate, become tiny or huge and shape shift into animals…etc. A 'shien' is said to be able to exit and re enter the body as easy as one would disrobe and get dressed. It seems as tho this feat is essential in true advanced spiritual self cultivation.

Remember to close the circuit of the Ren and Du channel by placing tongue up against the soft and hard palate of the roof of the mouth. This will contain the energy within your system. If you notice the mouth expends lots of energy, more noticeable in cold weather. Upon exhale you will feel both vaporous water and heat manifesting the yin and yang of our bodies conjoining therefore shut the circuit and breathe through in thru the nostril out thru the mouth.

You will feel a round bulbous shape at the roof of the mouth. Advanced teaching advises to place the tongue near the roof of the mouth nearest to the teeth…moving back to the hard palate and lastly to the soft palate. Each has specifications which will not be explained here. Keep it simple.

Before moving onto practice #3, i will go into more depth concerning practice #1 and #2 reminding anyone reading and practicing these exercises that persistence is key. If you drop discipline its like dropping your wifi signal…and in this case you'll have to reboot and sign on again starting at day 1. we need 7 days consecutive to not only build up a cord of continuity within oneself but also to display to the invisible realms the devoted dedication one is willing to put into effort. remember this is all about energy.

So practice 1---Purification of the mouth

God of the mouth…..

(while internal recitation takes place begin to roll the tongue around the inside of the mouth within the jawline, make circles clockwise and counterclockwise respectively 3-6-9 times whichever suits you)

Goddess of the tongue...

(while internal recitation takes place begin to roll the tongue around the inside of the mouth outside the jawline but inside the mouth, make circles clockwise and counterclockwise respectively 3-6-9 times whichever suits you)

God of the teeth….

(while internal recitation takes place bite down with the front, right side, molars, left side of the teeth respectively 3-6-9 times each side)

God of the throat….

((while internal recitation takes place, swallow and direct the liquid qi into the lower tan tien 3x times with quiet but audible gulps, region slightly below and inside navel location. the 'gulp' is to have tangible evidence of directing the energy to lower tan then…with further refinement there is no need for any gulp)

Goddess of thought...

(while internal recitation takes place raise internal focus to mud pill located in center of the head, aka pineal gland location)

we are doing this to unite thought with body and gentle command with physical execution.

ALWAYS THOUGHT IT FUNNY THAT WHEN READING THE TAOIST TREATIST KNOW ONE MENTIONED THE KUNG FU CONNECTION CROUCHING TIGER, HIDDEN DRAGON.

I FOUND THAT MASTER LI HONGZHI, FALUN GONG (DAFA) IS A MUCH FASTER WAY THAT DOESN'T TAKE THE CHI FROM THE PLANET OR ANIMALS LIVING ON THE PLANET BUT USES A FALUN THAT PULLS ENERGY INTO THE BODY FROM WHAT WE CALL THE UNIVERSE.
