Thank you- perfect time as usual. I remembered today that I had not spent time in the sun during the care of my elderly mom- so I and my crystal went outside and charged. This will be perfect forsleep tonight. Wholeness and balance.

Amazing! I have been doing shift work for over a year working either 3-11pm, 11pm-7am or 7am-3pm. I enjoy doing exercise or meditating in the sun but for sleep it's no good hormonally. Excited to work with these now they could really be a jewel in the tool/jewel-belt haha. Also will see how the crystals respond, wholeness and thanks again bro.
