Hi,

I am experimenting with different kinds of nutrition. Lately was going raw which felt like healing diet.

Going deeper now to see if there are possibility to decrease food intake and stay healthy and sound.

So far found this interesting article about soylent and would like to share with you all here.

Maybe anyone all ready experienced this kind of nutrition.

I found this to be very interesting indeed. I think it smart of this Rob fellow to not be blatantly posted the recipe online as he is right what works for one person may not for the next especially in regards to the different ethnicities and whether you are male or female, age etc. I would stay updated with his findings though for sure. There are lots of people who have had sucess doing a liquids only fast, but as far as living off of it this is the first I have heard of it. Have you ever looked into sungazing? there are people who have reported considerably less need for food by looking into the sun and receiving its light photon energy as sustenance. Its a very exact process however as there are only two times of the day where you are able to safely look into the sun. I will ink the site here :) Injoy! and wholeness!

In my experience feels that the more body is healed and cleansed the more possibility it receives in getting energy from ether, sun, water. When I eat super healthy, raw and organic only in few days body becomes like a real spaceship. I can look into the sun with no problems and it feels like charging me. Also water becomes supercharging so few glasses of water keeps me energised. The only problem I feel is stomach. It would like to eat more things, it wants to digest. So I am looking into slowly transforming to liquids, but need summer for that so there is fresh heirloom produce around to juice them in :). This olive oil soylent thing looks very interesting for the transition into. Wheatgrass juice (power of nature) is also super drink, the top in my list. Also helps to go into liquid nutrition :)

Experimenting is my way of finding things out. Would be great to get more opinions from different people regarding lighter (liquid, sun, water, prana, ether, oxygen, laugh) nutrition.

Try sun gazing, the sun fufills vitimins needs thus it leaves you feeling fuller but it would be require you to eat. Perhaps you can go on long juice fast but I'm not sure, something like that sounds a couple evolutions in time

Maybe a solution for rumbling tums whilst keeping in the right zone. Hope it helps someone else too gonna start tomorrow..and ooh sun gazing gonna try getting up to watch a sunrise sure Sevan mentioned rays most beneficial at this time. Has anyone else done this?
