Well looks like a have another chunk of reading research cut out for myself? Keep in mind Adobe has a great "vocal" reader. All you have to do is copy and paste these files into word then save as a pdf. Open in a real version of Adobe, not just the Adobe Reader, and select "Read this Document". There are professional versions of adobe available on torrents for free, hacked. Let us know if you need a link.
