Strange predicted pain in between sleep and awake

I want to ask you about something "strange" happening to me rarely (maybe 20-30 times in 4 years). A few nights ago, 2 weeks I think..I was in the process of crossing over from asleep to awake. Don't know what caused me to say this to myself, but I told myself, "this is going to hurt a lot"--it was my astral body speaking--right after I felt a thundering pain in my head/and all together my entire being. A few seconds pass in this DEADLY pain...2-5? And then I wake up...wow...what was it...and why did I predict my pain...? Then I was still on my side..and apparently I must have fallen asleep a bit..because I experienced the same pain 3 more times...in a block of 5-10 min..but I didn't tell myself anything anymore...Except...as I was going though the 3rd time, I decided to do something meanwhile with my astral body...and that was rotating my arms..above my head...again, this was done with my astral body. I am wondering what this means...I went online and tried seeing if I can find a similar experienced event, and I did, except the guy has been having them ever since he was little..perplexed also.
It seems to be a phantom like pain..and I think it's not pain that my physical body feels..or I'd be dead..i have a feeling this is the kind of pain a fatal stroke would be like..which (sort of scares me) but I'm thankful my body is letting me know how it would feel like..IF this is how death feels like.
I experienced this pain before as well...maybe 2 years prior...a year before my first brain surgery...I was soo scared when I woke up...nothing in real life ever felt as painful. AND when going through the pain this time around, after I told myself this was going to hurt, while i was hurting I heard as if there was a small click sound..which felt more real than this phantom pain...it was like my head was so full of pain it cracked a bit. Strange right? Please let me know what you think.
