Love and light to all..

For the past few days, something had really changed within me.. i can hear silence.. i mean a strange type of silence, i can block out all sound and just hear that silence.. like a vibrating frequency.

I had another activation last night, but not sure if it was lucid dream or astral travelling, but came in contact with another group of people on the other side..  its like they were guiding me, showing me the ropes.. they were in their physical bodies.. I was really happy, saying this was my first time travelling.. but again didnt try to go into space.. :(
