REGENERATION AND RECOVERY FROM THE STANDARD AMERICAN DIET (SAD) PART 2

REGENERATION AND RECOVERY FROM THE STANDARD AMERICAN DIET (SAD) PART 2

GOLDEN ELIXIR:Horsetail/Oatstraw tea for Silicon

Make a silicon rich sun tea with about 1/2 cup of Horsetail (Shavegrass) and Oatstraw and 2 Quarts of water in a glass vase and cover with a glass dish (lid). Water: Rainwater and snow water is recommended for its MSM and small cluster content. Steep in the sun for 4-8 or more hours depending on the temperature of the day. In winter you may need to make the tea through the normal boiling water method. Strain the tea and add about 1/4 cup or so of buckwheat goop. Spike with a dash of fulvic acid/liquid minerals, and 1⁄2 tsp Papain or Bromelain Enzyme Powder to clean the digestive tract. Fill polycarbonate bottles 3⁄4 full with the tea mixture and then add good drinking water to which a touch of Himalayan Salt and Zeolite clay has been added.

PINENEEDLE SUNTEA: 6 branch tips are harvested in the morning from the growing tips of the branches and are pulled off with some of the wood intact. Put these needles in glass containers of rain/snow water in a sunny window and leave all day to steep. Drink that evening if possible or keep in the fridge. This will give you flavonoids similar to those in pycnogenol…its an antioxidant cocktail that tastes absolutely delicious.

VISUAL ACUITY: Blood supply and oxygen to the eyes, combined with REM sleep chemistry...increase visual acuity on awakening...which disappears on the gravity of standing and the habitual nature of the daily morning. Drinking Gorse flower tea, Borage tea, Goji, Blueberries, Ziziphus jujuba and brain oxygen enhancers like germanium, Vinpocetine, Ginkgo, Butterbur root and spirulina will help maintain visual acuity during the day. Gotu kola protects the blood vessels that supply oxygen to the brain. B vitamins also improve the amount of red blood cells in the blood stream therefore carrying more healthy oxygen to the brain cells.

EYES: Eye sight is destroyed by cooked, frozen and processed foods/water basically. Destroys the bonding angles, electrical potentials, shapes of tissues in the body as it relates to water. Also impaired mineral assimilation, utilization, mineral deficiency...especially silicon, zinc, selenium. Oxidation of tissues, insufficient hydration of eye parts, inadequate nerve and blood supply...and now artificial light and EMF sources. Eating goji berries and fresh pumpkin seeds...and raw vegejuices is a start...but ultimately food must be grown through green alchemy-high biogenic principles to be of maximally regenerative. The lens’s major antioxidants are vitamins C, E, and A or beta-carotene, Vitamin K, N-acetyl-carnosine, carnosine, glutathione, cysteine ascorbate, Ornithine alpha-ketoglytarate. Calcium pyruvate,  and taurine, coenzyme Q10, Alpha lipoic, Gingko, Cat’s claw, Goji berries for betacarotene, blue berries, all berries including Bilberries; Spirulina, B vitamins, riboflavin, DHEA, Hemp and other Omega 3, green tea. Horsetail-Oatstraw tea for silicon, necessary for hydration, collagen and gel shape. It’s believed that lutein and zeanxanthin, the primary carotenoids concentrated in the macula, counter the free-radical forming action of light and oxygen. Egg yolks and maize having the highest lutein content and orange peppers having the highest zeaxanthin content.  Lutein in spinach, kale, dandelion leaves and other dark green vegetables. Eyes also need Kelp and the minerals selenium, zinc, potassium and most importantly magnesium.

DIET RECOMMENDATIONS: a general anti-candida (antimicrobe) diet with a marked absence of sugars limited to around 2 pieces of fruit per day and no cooked carbos. Any sugar including fruit sugar will increase your pain level. Essene breads made  in a dehydrator from a variety of grains including amaranth, quinoa, rye, buckwheat, millet, oat and barely are fine. Mega greens in the form of salads, green drinks, wheat/barely/oat grass juice to provide minerals, iron and oxygen. Lots of sprouts for salads, seed cheeses and pates are necessary for a high enzyme diet. A high enzyme diet means maximizing ATP production with a minimum of exhausting the bodies resources for digestion, maintenance and repair.

SKIN SUGGESTIONS
• Wheatgrass juice and bentonite clay powder face/body packs
• Papaya skins rubbed on the skin and left on overnight
• Royal Jelly mixed with Vit E/Vit A cream and left on overnight

• Vitamin K2 capsules…put oil on skin (swansonvitamins.com)
• Clove essential oil is the most antiseptic, more so than Teatree oil.

• Put seived water of young or white coconut in spray bottle and spray skin…good for hair also.

• Gently made infusion of ground chamomile flowers, sieved, put through coffee filter and put in spray bottle, keep in fridge and spray skin several times a day…good for hair also.

LIGHTENING PIGMENTATION: Anything that holds water in the structures of the body, that moves things around will help. Kelp, silicon (horsetail/nettle), enzymes (papain, bromelain), garlic mustard (methylation), bentonite clay internally and externally, MSM (sulfur), Dong quai (hormones), licorice root, inside papaya skins rubbed on face and left overnight, aloe vera leaves, Fenugreek sprouts or tea.  Kojic acid from Aspergillus oryzae used to ferment soybeans for miso.

High Blood Pressure: When pressure rises with big weather symptoms or excess energy in the head—Lie in an Epsom salts bath for an hour, drinking 2 pints of water, do the Inner Smile, drop the back of the tongue, tone HUUU, one hand on heart the other on solar plexus and breathe into the solar plexus, and meditate. Finish the bath only after you have urinated 3 times. Anthocyanins, the purple pigments from fruits and vegetables lowers blood pressure. Lecithin helps lower blood pressure in some people by providing choline, a building block for Acetylcholine which is the parasympathetic nervous systems primary neurotransmitter. If you feel your energy is too sympathetically activated (eg: palpitations, heat, sweating, tingles, high blood pressure etc...) then put some kava kava, caapi, rhodiola, valerian leaf, chamomile, raspberry leaf powders ashwagandha, and gota kola into your smoothie base mix. This way you can take your superfood smoothie and your calming agents at the same time. Cinnamon and magnesium citrate is more effective at lowering blood pressure than the standard drugs, without the side effects. Again, lying on the grass and hanging out in negative ion environments like near waterfalls and moving water will reduce blood pressure and inflammation.

CHELATION FOR THE REMOVAL OF HEAVY METALS AND RADIONUCLIDES: It is important to consider that toxins in the body have an accumulative, synergistic negative effect thus, it is vital to cleanse the system of heavy metals along with radionuclides. Heavy metals set up conditions that lead to inflammation in arterial walls, joints and tissues, causing more calcium to be drawn to the area as a buffer. Medical chelation is done to reduce calcium plaques on arterial walls using a synthetic amino acid EDTA (ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid). Oral chelation works best through the synergistic effect of combining EDTA with numerous natural chelating agents.

Chelation Foods and Supplements that remove heavy metals include: Ashitaba, Green tea, Cilantro, Parsley, Nettle, Ginkgo biloba, Red ginseng extract, Green tea extract, Aloe gel, Olive leaf, Water melon juice, Banana stem juice, juice of whole pumpkin with skin and seeds, Hawthorn berry, Cayenne, Grape seed extract and Grape skin extract. Vitamin E and D, Pycnogenol, Quercetin, CoQ10, Vitamin C, Beta-carotene and all anti-oxidants. Magnesium, Sodium alginate, Selenium, Silicon and Zinc gluconate. Vitamin B’s such as folic acid, inositol, choline and niacinamide, about 400-500 mg of each daily. Amino acids: L-cysteine, L-glutathione, Methionine, Lysine, Proline, L-taurine, N-acetyl cysteine, L-Carnosine. L-lysine is an amino acid involved in the structural repair of damaged blood vessels. It has a beneficial effect on lead toxicity and high blood pressure. To increase liver detoxification add Milk thistle, Dandelion root, Schizandra and 6000 mg of vitamin C per day along with bioflavonoids and Alpha Lipoic Acid to promote liver activity.

Kelp contains a powerful chelating agent called Mannitol. The algaes spirulina or chlorella are needed to bind up the liberated heavy metals to carry them out of the body. Rice bran chelates reactive iron. Russian black radish, MSM, the cabbage family, garlic, and garlic mustard are sources of sulfur, which binds with copper and other heavy metals so they can be eliminated, and many heavy metal binding proteins contain sulfur.  Sulfur is also important for liver detoxification. Activated Clays (Zeolite and Fulvic acid), bentonite clay, apple pectin and charcoal.

Plant-based enzymes (bromelain, lipase, catalase) can be added to ensure optimal utilization of all of the above nutrients and assist in the breakdown and removal of plaques. A pesto of soaked raw pumpkin seeds and cilantro is a standard in the chelation diet, as are all colorful fruits and vegetables, raw juices and sprouts. Probiotics are essential to a radioprotective diet. In turn, prebiotics like pectin and inulin (chicory root) are essential to probiotics, as they are food for the beneficial bacteria.  The skin of fruits and vegetables are high, not only in pectin, but also in a wide range of antioxidants and other phytonutrients. The pith of the citrus contains about 30% pectin. Apple Pectin reduces Cesium-137 load by over 62% in one month and pectin is also a chelator of other positively charged heavy metals. Potassium - Reduces uptake of cesium-137. Also for broom action in the GI tract to speed elimination of heavy metals use flaxseed, chia seed, ricebran and psyllium powder

Liposomal Encapsulated Vitamin C: Besides liposomal Vitamin C, it is advisable for those undergoing kundalini awakening or stress to take L-carnitine and alpha-lipoic supplements as well as adopt a low glycemic diet. Liposomal-C uses ascorbic acid powder and lecithin for a lipid delivery system, by encasing nanoparticles of nutrients (herbs, too) in a phospholipid membrane or “liposome,” allowing safe passage through the gastrointestinal tract without degradation. Thereby avoiding the destructive forces of the gut so that Liposomal-C can be directly absorbed into the blood stream. “Lypo-Spheric Lecithin-Vitamin C” permits 90% ascorbic acid to get into cells, because cell walls are made of fats and normal Vitamin C is water soluble, while regular vitamin C is only absorbed around 19%. Vitamin C encased in liposomes is claimed to be far more absorbed approaching or exceeding intravenous Vitamin C, but it is less expensive than IV C treatments. The traditional form of Vitamin C, in tablet or capsule, is subject to a host of factors that can oxidize it, neutralize it, adulterate it, and even expel it before it ever gets to the cells that need it. The Liposomal-C because of their nano size and composition, provide the perfect transport system.

The best known phospholipid is phosphatidylcholine (aka lecithin). Because it's structure allows it to be a interface of water-lipid environments, there are two main functions of phospholipids: A key component of the cell's lipid bilayer, and emulsification. Foods rich in phosphatidylcholine include: egg yolks, liver, soybeans, wheat germ, and peanuts. Lecithin represents a similar phospholipid substance to our cell walls so the liposomal material is assimilated by the phospholipid-craving cells that need phosphatidylcholine and the Vitamin C. Vitamin C filled liposomes disperse in water or beverage and quickly navigate through the digestive system, requiring no digestive activity prior to assimilation. They rapidly absorb in the small intestine and are transported intact throughout the bloodstream to release the powerful, non-degraded Vitamin C for use throughout the body as the liposomal material is metabolized by the cells requiring repair.

Blend solutions of Vitamin C powder and Sunflower Lecithin (from Swansonvitamins.com) and place the two solutions, together in either an ultrasonic cleaner. This system works to encapsulate 70% of the Vitamin C.

• Soak and dissolve 3 level tbls of “Sunflower Lecithin” in 1 cup of distilled water.

• Dissolve 1 level tbls of Pharmaceutical grade Vitamin C powder in half a cup of distilled water. Then mix in a bullet mixer or blender for 30 minutes or…

• Pour both solutions together in the ultrasonic cleaner bowl and turn unit on. With the lid open use a plastic straw to slowly stir the contents. This will take about 30 minutes or so. When done you will have a mix that is about the color of milk with no foam.

• If the 15g vitamin C powder (one tbls) batch is taken over two days then this is about 7-8g Vitamin C per day. This is the RDA for  your average human or goat.

• Therapeutic dose can be 1/3 cup Liposomal-C, 3 times a day. This cuts inflammation, oxidation, pain and aging…

Buffered vitamin C powder will NOT go into a liposomal state. It looks OK for a little while, then it separates.
