Try ashtanga yoga, the poses are sequenced so that one posture affects the next also the series are sequenced.

Thank you for your advise

I am practicing ashtanga yoga currently, but I felt that some areas of my body needs more stretching or some muscles required more strength to perform any poses correctly. Basically this is the case, if I will have all poses combined by muscle groups, so I can pick one pose which is isolated and can target specific muscle group))

Again thank you very much for advice.

Looks like not many people here practicing yoga))

MR. MAXEGO, HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A PRACTIONER OF ASHTANGA YOGA?  IF YOU ARE  PRACTICING THE PRIMARY SERIES THEY ARE SEQUENCED THAT WAY INTENTIONALLY TO GRADUALLY BUILD STRENGH, FLEXIBILITY AND BALANCE.  REPETITION IS THE KEY.  THIS IS NOT TO SAY THAT YOU WILL NOT GLEEN  ANYTHING FROM PRACTICING AN INDIVIDUAL ASANA, YOU WILL.

ASHTANGA IS VERY VIGOROUS YOGA AND SOME SEEM TO THINK YOGA ITSELF IS FEMININE LITTLE DO THEY REALIZE HOW MUCH STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY AND BLANCE IS REQUIRED. FLEXIBLE BODY, FLEXIBLE MIND.

I'm practicing yoga 6-7 months

I agree with you and not trying to discard how the poses sequenced in primary series, but sometime feel that I need to stretch some muscles in isolated asanas to perform more complex asanas in the right way. And I believe someone already combined all poses by muscles group and I would be very happy if anyone can share this info with me))
