Greetings, wholeness and balance fellow resistance members.

I have been thinking a lot recently about the emerging global situation regarding energy, food availability, chem trails, GMO, fracking and the water table etc.. (one could go on for ever) and the reasons why all this has been able to come about, relative to how they can be solved. I have through research and reflection come to the realization that the global downward spiral into lower vibrational states for all but the most vigilant has been achieved through the creation of scarcity which in turn has lead to the people of the world being placed into a perpetual hunger games of one sort or another. The fear and competition this has created has slowly resulted in all people becoming alienated from each other as all must compete for resources which are supplied by external powerful monopolies in return for our energy or life essence.

Now most see others as either competitors or parasites to be bettered or looked after, which has lead to all our relationships gradually becoming either disingenuous, adversarial or passive aggressive. Collectively we have become slaves to fear of lacking and are controlled through our reliance on the military industrial complex for the provision and protection of what we have been led to believe are limited resources. We have been disconnected from the earth which gives up it's bounteous harvest in abundance, water falls from the sky, sun heats us, the wind blows through the trees no fan or light needs to be plugged in the achieve this. Energy, food, water & oxygen is all around us yet many of us toil all day to earn enough curren(t)cy to purchase (or get enough purchase or hold on to) these things from the monopolies.

Everything that was once free now has to be bought or (sold) so we are led to believe and thus our very existence our connection to the earth our mother, the universe and ourselves (as all is self) has been abstracted and is now experienced by most via a defacto matrix of scarcity, re-branding, up-sell and alteration. Our home has been turned into L'EGO LAND and we are now experiencing an (L)imitation of life through a low level synthetic simulation ( or hardware abstraction layer) in short we are plastic boys and girls eating plastic food from plastic plates, eating with plastic knives and forks. The complex, multi-fractal, abundant, self aware, life giving, organic, real world where we could all experience bliss & self knowing is just over the fence but we have to be prepared to leave lego land (the land of ego) in order to experience it in any other way than a fleeting glimpse.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that each and every one if us is ultimately responsible for the way the world is today and in that also lies the solution to the problem. If we can all take individual responsibility for the part we are playing and do something about it on a local level, then globally we will also see a change. Now I realize that this may be easier said than done and that I guess, is where spirituality comes in. Striving to know ones self though meditation, cleansing, right living and maybe most importantly right action throws up the problem of how do I get the time & resources to do cleanse and eat right etc..

If we use dense & inefficient ways of getting energy to do these things i.e. working for the man to get money then we defeat the object. We must instead find ways in which we can meditate (which requires time and solitude) cleanse (which requires clean food sources) and do right actions or not do wrong actions (i.e. not powering the power structure by working)

To this end I have realized that I must find a way to be self sufficient, self (em)powering, low entropic and disengage from the fake, defacto matrix of control in order to starve the beast, reconnect with the earth, the cosmos, and ultimately the self or all that is. Not only have I realized that this is necessary I have begun working on achieving those very things. I have in fact already accomplished much towards this goal although I still have a long way to go but felt that I should share my methods, ideas, experiences, failures & successes with you all so that we can get together pool our resources and  help each other to find perpetual energy sources and lifestyles.

Some areas I am working to incorporate into my lifestyle include;

  • Closed loop food production systems
  • Fractal, low cost living spaces
  • Starving the beast (I have already written one book that helps the individual with this)
  • Recycling broken electrical goods
  • Asset protection for perpetuity
  • DIY Renewable energy
  • Superfoods, Colloidals, herbal medicines, bodycare

If you would like me to share my progress on the above, please let me know your thoughts by leaving comments and suggestions below. I also join you to share your projects, experiences, howtos & video's etc.. on this discussion for the benefit off all the members

Charmangel baby-loveLOVElove earth ships! I like how their food is part of the house, and the organic shapes! And bottle glass art.

Leon-I love geodesic structures! Hydroponics!

Have you guys heard of Nader Khalili? He has worked with NASA building moon pods! He makes these pods, which were developed to build easy, cheap temporary housing for refugees displaced from floods, earthquakes, fires like Katrina and Haiti. That's where I learned about him, and fell in love with the beauty of the pod! You just add to them over time. Also, adobe has got be be the cheapest material around, and heartbreathingly beautiful! I'm from a very proud desert community of permaculturists, so adobe is part of my heritage!

I'll take some pictures , if anyone is curious about desert permaculture, of the huge rain barrels for rain harvesting, and the indigenous, medicinal plants used to manage erosion, and the great resurgence of Native Seeds (you can get them here at the public library!!!!) culinary arts, Cactus flower beer anyone?

I am very interested in what you listed.  I have been learning more about this subject over a couple of months, but I have a four year plan to the transition, only because of my children.  A way to teach them as I learn and a way for them to transition as while.  That's the only reason for a four year plan. Thank you so much for sharing.

What area are you interested in living or where do you live now?  I live in Naperville, IL, close to Chicago, but my goal is to move west or outside the US.

Hi Romona,

I like your plan. It's smart, and will be fun for your kids.

I live an hour from the Mexico border and in an area that is home to many Native American's from multiple Pueblo traditions: Tucson.

Here's a link to Burt Lancaster's youtube page for more info on passive heating/cooling, mesquite flour, water harvesting, etc.

This video is about harvesting water!

feeling the joy,

I got this African art book (!'m into textiles) at a yard sale today for 25 cents! It's a geodesic out of branches. Sorry for the poor quality image, it's as clear as I could get it. Contemporary African Arts and Crafts by Thelma R Newman.

Young branches bend beautifully. I once made an 8 ft tall globe by weaving willow branches with a friend.

The above video is in the middle of the SONORAN DESERT folks! In the middle of the city, walking distance from downtown. Lush, green and plenty of water!!

Thank you so very much for your encouragement and guidance.  The videos were very informative and helped me with some other questions I had.

I am new to the Resistance and am very interested learning about ways to remove myself and my family from the grid. Today, i took the first step to start homeschooling my children. I currently live in Chicago. I am planning to move to Tempe, AZ. I have plans to go there next Wednesday to secure housing for us. Any ideas and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for allowing me to join this beautiful movement.

Hi Nicole,

Welcome to Arizona! I don't know much about Tempe, but it's supposed to be one of the coolest places in Phoenix. If you are able, check out Tucson, where I live. For homeschooling, I love Rudolf Steiner's Waldorf concepts because the adults who've gone through that system are amazing people, creative problem solvers and have a miraculous out look on life. And they are academically gifted too. Let's stay in touch!

Hello Nicole, Wow, I'm so excited

Watch 30 seconds of this video, see how the Earth can be healed. Using permaculture. A desert waste land, returned to its natural state, will become a lush, abundant garden. For homesteaders, learn how to turn your land into self sustainable, food and resource rich environments.

Permaculture is inspiring and easy. Geoff Lawton (Geoff's site) has resources for those of us who are looking to buy land, but may not know what to look for. His solutions are low tech, dyi permaculture. He has come to the Sonoran Desert, my home, and shown pockets of the desert where the soil is so beautiful, ph balanced, crumbling, full of nutrients and all the trees and plants are abundant. 100% naturally, in the desert! Shade, moisture, grassy meadows! You may need to submit your email address to get the video about the Sonoran desert, but it's worth it. I haven't been asked to buy anything, and the guy is legit. If he's not, I'll take the karmic hit for recommending him to y' all.

If after 30 seconds, your bored, then turn the video off...I dare you to not be moved to tears by this man's love for humanity!!

I hope you guys find joy from his message,

Sounds great, looking forward to hearing more!

Wholeness To You Brother,

I am Certified in Permaculture. I developed a beautiful garden that was once just a regular back yard filled with dog doo doo. The healing that took place from this beautiful development was experienced by many friends. Due to divorce, I lost the home and last I knew the garden was tilled under. At this point I am feeling part of my journey before leaving this dimension is to find about 3-5 acres and build a straw bale home and continue my work with sustainability, soul journeying as well as soul retrieving, herbs, plant and animal communication and other interests of the deeper self. In the past I have zoomed in on my desires and "gone after it" but I was young, zealous and energetic. I am getting older and the most valuable product to me is energy. I am fighting that "your to old" to build your own home. You speak of "starving the beast" the beast ones own demons? Could you elaborate.   If I had a personal would be centered around the concept of "home". I was homeless as a child and to have this happen has been devastating and then to know the garden was tilled under tore at my heart but now I know what I can achieve with my two hands and I can see the vision of Nature that is often invisible to others. Your thoughts would be appreciated.
