So two nights ago I had been stimulating my heart chakra and tuning to 432hz with a bunch of isochronic tones I fell asleep to. When I woke up I had 4 situations during the day where I confronted with some core emotional issues I feel like have been preventing me. During the course of events I developed a head ache over and almost behind my left ear. Then it moved to being a feeling of pressure in my entire head to a kind of pulsing with the occasional tingling, electric shock sensation Ive been feeling in my spine and my crown since 1998. I had the urge to sing so I sang the 24th Psalm in Hebrew off and on for a couple of hours. In the evening the head pain began to subside so I decided to self-medicate with just a touch of sativa lol. So  I was on my porch looking in the southeastern sky and I see what looks to be a planet. The center of the orb appeared white with a mainly blue but multicolored iridescent "aura"(?). As I stared at it, its seemed like it was moving in very small clockwise circles. As I focused my gaze directly into the center of the thing different colors began flashing in the horizon- green, red, blue, yellowish green and a lavender type of color...same color I see like little lava lamp globules moving around behind my eyes when I meditate. It seemed like a few seconds but a much longer span of time if that makes any sense. Suddenly I started to feel myself get pulled through my eyes! Startled, I eased up on the staring a couple notches and looked away a little, but everything around me looked like a sepia toned photo negative then in a few seconds my vision returned to normal- slightly. Everything had a grainy quality to it like an old film. Me being me...I want the experience lol so I stare back at it. I remember thinking something like "what or who are you" and I was thinking it, it started moving in very small, almost unnoticeable circles again, leaving a tracer glow in its path. Then the sky changed colors again..I was so caught up in the feeling in retrospect I should have recorded the time and the order of how the colors were blinking. Sure enough, I started feeling the pull again and then I'd pull out and then the visual after effects. I did this 4 times and then I went in because I wanted to do some brain entrainment before I got sleepy. It felt intuitively like I had downloaded something in my subconscious like I didnt know what it was but it felt like something. I definitely felt more relaxed..felt communicated with but I didnt allow my spirit to project fully into whatever that portal(?) was because last time I consciously left my body I ran into a huge reddish tick looking entity floating in the ceiling corner. Feel like some heavy hitter agents been after me for a while so Im cautious.

Anyone have any insight? Similar experience? If I see this thing again should I engage it fully? I saw a few orbs/planets moving around or whatever it is in Israel when I lived there for about 2 years but it wasnt like last night at all...For YEARS I keep seeing 1111, 1122, 1133, 1144 (1155 lately) and I keep coming across people who claim some kind of extraterrestrial heritage so IDK if these are entities trying to mess with my head or am I on the verge of a breakthrough. I trust very little that I find on the internet but I feel good here. Help please??
