Qu:  After halting the consumption of meat and detoxing with MMS, how does one deal with the karmic debt that has been created as well as these "Anubis" type guard-dogs that were described in the show?

The Guard dogs are of no matter for the one who is to go beyond and has calibrated their body to do such things. To remove Karmic dept one must work or they will remain broke, meaning not working. The cause is before you, you can do what you feel will uplift humanity but do your best, and you know your best.
