Innergy to All,

So here's an exercise drawn from Dan Winter's work on nesting energy/implosion and a unified chakra meditation/exercise from an old book on ascension. A version can be found here

The version on the link invokes various oversoul mergings and permissions for these energies to unify with oneself. It seems to be a bit of the (Other) savior mentality to me - where the invoked and merged energies are still not all that clear; but sound like they should be good things that we 'should' want without questioning.

So i put together a variation focused on the idea of spinning implosion from OneSelf. It's brief and still a work in progress. And of course it's open for suggestion/interpretation, so on.

I feel the exercise generates quite a grand buzz - very clear and cognitive - and for me it stimulates hemispheric sync / pineal activity. This is good since it's not just specific energy that's active and unwieldy. Instead it's integrated.
