I was curious to know anyone knows of any other ways to align your spine other than seeing a chiropractor. What I've heard is you get dependent on them and need to get continuously aligned to maintain.
Some people use chiropractic when they are injured, others get monthly or weekly adjustments to maintain their wellness.
It is important to maintain your own 'Core Strength' as well as balance with things like yoga or Pilates. I'm a chiropractor and I see some people only when they hurt themselves, and others so they don't hurt themselves. Find a chiropractor you trust.
