I have watched this before and much is interesting :)

The split is of course the realisation of this process through binary reasoning, I can see how filters of a navel chakra would create it. If you use solar reasoning or past that then it won't be split as it'll be resolved. Other things I've read state a scattering, which is at least a step up into solar reasoning, but still division, not a unity of being. Potentially perhaps you'd need to progress to the heart chakra to realise the connection of it all, the shadow self and all we separate as 'not us', the garbage you dump and say that's not me!

Its all us though :D, I am a refinement of it, and that is my perfection towards divinity, shadow self, current self, everything I've been through. As it is your perfection if you look that way.
