    It may surprise you to learn that what you eat and the rhythms and cycles of your breathing activities are exactly the same. That what you eat is oxygen and the placement of that nutrition requires air not as an essential medium but a carrier of essential amperage.


    In the blood is a magnetism  that permeates the entire human biology. Except for the secret chamber of the heart which draws its oxygen and nutrition from an entirely different source completely separate from the rest of the physiology and glandular activity.


    Therefore what you eat is essential to the act of air saturation throughout your entire body. Pulsed and direct communication networking endocrine to organs, nervous systems, cell regeneration and maturation as life legacy extensive cause activity which meets the demands of laws of nature or overrides due to an authority edging the supernatural.


    Addressing the supernatural is where reader attention will be drawn for this entire paper as correct use of breath always supersedes laws of nature and extends life to an indefinite  span not within the statistical manuals of insurance brokers. However, life extended is maneuvered by super will outside of human will as bedrock for aligned integral lifestyles.


    Remember as you integrate the principals and exercises of this article to come back to the basic premise that air and diet are exactly the same. Meeting aligned in the secret sanctuary chamber overriding all human rational and logic.


    Rudimentary to nerve life, conduction of electrical impulses, nervous system networking, life in the human physiology is an interplay of human battery alkalinity versus acidic.Human anatomy orchestrates interaction of conductive modes brought on by balance or imbalance of forces connected to sustenance consumed transmuted into amperage.


    Cell and nerve impulses enliven and fire up human physiological ἀρχιτέκτων ordained by an invisible hand at human inception. Conduction of constant amperage is necessary for life to sustain itself in human appendage beyond statistics presented as life span by the medical sciences.


    If you eat junk food as a constant you will eventually put your light out sooner rather than later. Acid chemistry in human biology is essential yet balance between alkaline and acid synthesis are required to sustain and generate cell life as amperage conduction that may have no foreseeable end if properly maintained.


    The quality of haematopoiesis as blood components is preponderant to flow of electrical current throughout the human organism. Blood composition as chemistry and quality of conductive flow amperage and nerve impulse is critical for breath as indefinite by a human life form. Anemic blood irregularities as quality chemistry will circumvent  life force.


    So lets get right to basic food consumption in our understanding of breath and diet being one and the same extending life as breath indefinitely.


    Before I do though there needs to be a prime, which is very revealing as an experience I had. Being the mind set of what the question addressed. Forming basis of great percentile of medical authorities knowing human anatomy as a conduit of indefinite life.


    I was sitting in a lecture class at university where probably the most famous and knowledgeable authority on evolution from apes into humans was teaching us.A very intelligent confident thoughtful and polite man keen and obviously no idiot.


    The question portion of our lecture began and I raised my hand. The prof was not ready for what I asked him. After I asked him this question he never spoke to me again nor answered any more of my questions. Referring me to the TA for explanation and debate. I saw him often on campus but he ignored me.


    Because my question was very elaborate I cannot state it all in its entirety. I did however ask and voiced my argument adeptly yet en pointe with firm evidence that human beings were a missing link and did not originate on earth.


     My question was not as from one of the UFO greeting committee members waiting on the rooftop of the Biltmore Hotel giving a nice warm earth man greeting to the beautiful space people who uumm just ray gunned us to death and blew the f** out of the building. The question was calmly stated pointe.


The prof was so stunned he was speechless and he excused us ending the lecture for that day. He later dropped out of sight and presented papers irregularly.


DIET AS GATEWAY INTO CONTINUOUS SUSTAINABLE LIFE


    When you eat nourish yourself as though you are a fish that originated out of water and not a life form that originated in an african desert. Consume as much nutrition from the ocean as is possible. Kelp, sea vegetables, fish, sushi, vitamins made from sea algae. All and every nutrient you consume out of the oceans will reveal a very secret side to your anatomy and life span as h*** sapiens.


    The mainstream will strive to convince you that you evolved from an ape.Yet human anatomy in the hidden rarely observed; points to another evolution far removed from ape to human. To this our focus will relate in a practical sense. Bringing diet and breath design together based on the hidden sacred side of human life forms.

    Why are humans composed primarily of water inundated with mineral content? Humans can sustain themselves if necessary longest on water. Food gradually may come from surviving off anatomy for a given time based on the health of each person even as starvation sets in.


    Medical authorities today state that it is no longer necessary to drink the 8 large glasses of water required for fluid health. As vegetables, fruit juices, tea, coffee, coke and other fluids make up the necessary fluid composition. Ummm... are these people retards?


     For our purposes ignore these folks and continue to sustain yourself on at least 2 liters of mineral water a day; 3 is better. I did not write drink from your water faucet the chemically treated water provided by daddy state. Drink a real reputable bottled mineral water. Not a fake mineral water where minerals have been put in, or water is chemically treated.


    Eat organic vegetables and make that 85% of your diet. When you cook these break down starches only and do not over cook. Ideally a temperature of 79 degrees F is recommended. Raw food consumption depends on the type of vegetable consumed. Some provide a greater amount of antioxidants cooked while others do not fare as well over cooked. The conservative approach is the best in my opinion.


    Break down starches so  nutrient absorption is easier. Fresh raw juice consumption provides a large array of enzymes which strengthens breath into an eventual non breathing mode which is the natural state of humans. As is also the unnecessary consumption in the end result of any foodstuffs.


    Make essen bread by soaking wheat berries to basic fermentation, about 3 days. Make a dough of these by molding mixture in your hands. Then bake on pans as loaves in oven at temps about drying level, meaning 70 to 80 degrees F for about 1 to 3 hours. If you are in the desert or warm climate just put your loaf on a rock or any hot surface.You will be eating bread that is alive with enzyme nutrients not killed by traditional high temperatures. This bread will take the traditional acid composition of the bread and convert it more into an alkaline varying substance.

    

    Cheeses and yogurts can be made by seeds, nuts and sprouts reduced by soaking and pulverizing .Then combined with  wheat berries soaked becoming a juice fermented and sitting for about 3 to four days. Added in with the reduced nuts, sprouts or seeds. Milk products induce mucus which reduces amperage in the human body.


    This leads to amperage and oxygen loss and effort to breath manually. Remember the lungs in humans came last. This endocrine did not come with the original physiological package. Oxygen conduction in human physiology through forced  inhalation was a later adage in evolution. Our interest is to return to an earlier stage when physiology served a cosmos purpose and less a purpose after the fall in human evolution that dealt more with an acidic breathing environment.


    Be sensible though and follow competent licensed medical advice. You may implement these diets and test them to see how you do but rely on common sense and medical authorities if your basic health begins to erode and decline.

    I became a fruitarian for a very long in order to graduate to the next stage which is  absorption of energy into my physical body so as to avoid the necessity of requiring food.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


    My desire was more a spiritual premise than as a fad; so my friends could see how skinny I had become. Needless to say stopping this diet became a requirement as I began to hear many violin concertos not near any concert hall.


    Realizing I was reaching Saint Peters Gate prematurely I went down to the local coffee shop and got me a nice big 10 ounce Texas steak. Man oh man that was pretty tasty. I even tipped the waitress which I rarely do. Be sensible and realize you only have one body so do not use it up too fast.


    If in doubt do the sensible thing and get sound medical advice then eat  processed fish; pizza, burger, burrito, any sufficient junk food will do. However be careful if you have been doing a cleansing diet  for over seven days and ease into the junk food slowly. Start with liquids, then soft easy to digest foods, finally your junk food. Anemic reactions from consuming alkaline foods is common as the sinuses clear and become electrically conductive drawing in pollutants usually blocked by mucous membranes.


  BREATH AS EBB AND FLOW MINUS LUNG INTERACTION


    Many Indian Sadhus and Brahmins know about altering breathing to induce out of body states akin to super consciousness. If you are just a regular person it may not be too fitting if you are at work and then you space out by altering your breathing to the extent that you pass out, or look like a dope before your boss. Perhaps your boss snorts nose candy but ummm... you will probably look more high and foolish. The good news is you do not have to alter your breathing at all period.
 

    Real breathing is oxygen absorption and not inhalation. Inhalation as explained earlier came later in human evolution. Nevertheless to induce this natural bodily action you have to convert the human biology to its original mode.


    Oxygen absorption becomes common place when you alter your diet as described early into essential substances that conduct and amplify amperage throughout physiology and biological function. Amperage = oxygen saturation, blood flow as perfect haematopoiesis and diet, operating as a singular operating psyche overview gemeinschaft. A principle connecting interactions between subtle fields interfacing with cosmos as an area of science just beginning to become visible to us with cutting edge instrumentation perceivable to physical sense.


    As you alter your diet you will reach successive plateaus in which your physiology and perception will change into noticeable stages which you need to observe,qualify and quantify carefully. Stepping into a reality considered rare to the majority yet common to a minority familiar with esoteric physiology and perception.


    GRABBING YOUR BREATH


    Esoteric sciences which teach forms of pranayama have evolved over many centuries. Controlled hyperventilation essentially induces the soul to separate from the human body and move from place to place through directing perception as attention to a place, or all places at once.


    The drawback of pranayama is quality and quantity of (magnetism) induced by rhythmic breath which draws like to like. Still may be considered as manipulation limited to ratio amperage cyclic phenomena moving to similar.This is the problem with breathing. There is an interchange ratio between human and source governed by chemistry, amperage, rhythm cycles. Molecular interplay being governed by natural law.

    Ok so, ......what happens when you grab your breath in the back of your throat, rather than sucking it in gradually; slowly, while making a weird rattle of death sound in your throat? A canned sound that you can sell to Spielberg or one of those horror film producers.

    The breath action is different between the Bela Lugosi sucking breath and the grabbing breath which I have not completely explained yet.

    

    Lie down on a bed or couch when you do this. Do not attempt to drive or operate heavy equipment as you definitely and will probably be using that first breath technique naturally if you do that.

Lie on your back with your arms about one inch from your sides. Do the same with your ankles and legs being about one inch apart from each other. Take off your shoes. Make sure the room you are in has good air and oxygen circulation. Also warm and comfortable not icy or cold. Insure your clothes are loose and any under garments are not tight or restraining.

    Now, grab your breath to the back of your throat gently and then release it. Do this continuously as though you are a primed athlete walking up a mountain. Exercising this breath in this form of breathing all day without tiring or getting bored. Grab and exhale, grab and exhale, grab and exhale.


    If you carry out this from of exhalation properly suddenly you will notice a very interesting sensation will happen. A pulsed rhythmic vibration will direct itself to a particular part and area of your body and will pulsate there. Then eventually your entire body will vibrate and pulsate. You will sense a release of energy and separation of your inner source self interfacing with a larger unlimited source self. Emotion may explode on you and the may be tears or other emotions released and expressed. Do not restrict any of these feelings. Allow them to bleed off from your person and return to source.


    After this rhythmic pulsation and gradual release another unusual phenomena will occur. You will not require air or breathing. From this position you may meditate, contemplate, travel in this world anywhere or bring that to you. Moreover explore hidden subtle realities attuned to fields of energies surrounding you from morphic to morphogenetic and those pertaining to reincarnation. Where electronic like pictures will be visible in which you may merge your attention into these.


    This cosmic physics initiation by source will alter your breathing patterns so as to disconnect your consumption of oxygen gas absorbed as a stifling counter part limited to the natural world. Now received as an altered form electrically induced from within.


    From this point forward after you have the experience your use of oxygen will be different. Breathing will be diaphragmatic. Spinal fluid will be pumped from the base of your spine into the secret third and fourth ventricles of your brain. Igniting the central column. Cause as sacred Saraswati flowing. Combining 3 converging rivers of cognition into a union overseeing and flowering as thousand petals merging singular into the great ocean.

     This is a private experience. It is best you don't put a medal on your chest and boast about it like a spring chicken. You will find many will want to roast you in a pot if you do. It is rare to find real happiness and peace in this world. You cannot purchase love, peace, happiness or ananda. These are very rare commodities known only to few.
