Wild rice is best.  It's all about not fractionating your food.  Obviously white rice is no longer Whole, so it has been pulled apart from it's totality.  Everyone here speaks of Wholeness... whole self comes from whole foods.   Quinoa is good as well.  As a vegetarian, I am completely suspect of a LOT of the vegan (products).  There seems to be a loss in translation when people are seeking a harmless diet, and somehow vegan food has become less of a food item and more instilled with un-natural (non-nature produced) additions.  I will digress from this subject for now...but what you can always be sure of, is that if it grows as nut/seed fruit veggie, that it probably has a great deal to offer you.

I may write a post on here soon about Food Signatures and geometry of foods etc... Are you familiar with Food Signatures?

would love to hear about the Food Signatures

Food Signatures - Signs of Nature.  All food has a correlation to an aspect of the human body.  All foods are as well androgynous but with a Male or Female aspect coming forth a bit more.  Colors are also a good indicator of the food's use.  This is why someone says they are feeling 'blue', we can look to the colors of foods that will fix the issue.  So, if you are feeling 'blue' you can see that a HOT color will assist with those emotional/phsical symptoms of being blue - thus Red, Orange and Yellow are great getting out of the blues.  Surely if someone is feeling hot, the idea of 'Cool as a Cucumber' is the answer.  Red feelings can be cooled down with blue or green foods.

As far as Signatures go -  Consider a Walnut - Looks like the brain with the hard shell, has two hemispheres and even the blood-brain barrier as the 'paper around the nut, and the convoluted folds of the brain - as far as science will say, walnuts are brain food with their omega fatty acids.  The almond is good for the brain as well specifically the amygdala, which looks like the almond and helps with emotions (Almond JOY candy bar?!!)   The carrot, when cut looks exactly like the iris - and has always been considered an eye assistant.  Celery looks just like a bone (think forearm) snaps like a bone and even has the same sodium content as bone.  The Kidney bean - obvious...  A tomato is red and has 4 chambers, just like the heart, and has a gelatenous substance with seeds in it that resemble blood.

There's a reason that breasts are called melons.  Cucumbers, bananas even have the seeds right in the middle of the fruit... Figs grow in pair and are full of seeds - just like the testicles and they are great for increasing semen in men.  Take a look at a collard green - it resembles the lungs and are beneficial for respitory problems.  Look at at HEAD of broccoli or cauliflower - both are brain foods.

We could also get into the tri-une nature (as above/so below) nature of how food is presented to us.  Some we have to bend over for and dig up, some we obtain on the earth and others we reach up and grab - basically Tubers/Veggie/Fruit.  The idea of a RAW food diet has been taken out of context - as it is a RA food diet.  RA as in sun.  The sun and the temperature determine the viscosity of your blood and thereby they types of food you need to thrive most excellently.  If you are in a cold climate, your blood should be thicker to keep you warm, and the foods you will find will be underground - they even have a longer shelf life and require that fire you have going to cook them - as they are starchier foods.  As well, these starchy, below ground foods are good for your bottom 1/3 or your own Temple.

Just as if you live in a hot climate, foods will be rich in sugars, and tempt you by their bright colors hanging above your head to eat them.  These sugars break down faster, and in your hotter climate, with the amount of respiration /sweating / water consumption - it is given to you as a proper offering to your temple, and is a 'headier' food....let me try this...

here's the story

Temple - Tempt - El

Diet - from Diety

On your head you have two temples - where your brain is - where you become tempted by the offerings to EL (you/god)  Your diet is what you believe in and consume as your diety..

You walk into the garden - and you are tempted by the fruit/veggie/tuber and so you reach with your EL-BOW for this offering, place it into your mouth and down into your BOW-EL it goes.  Now, if you have given your temple an offering and EL will BOW to you and you will BOW to EL - and if it is a GOOD offering you will be given a VOW by EL - a VOW to speak true and everything will be in harmony.

... Fun??

If you'd like more, I can definitely supply it for you.

cheers

Thank you so much, great infomation, I

Hi there,

Very informative.

However, as for me there are a number of produce stated upon the list that I have come to learn, did not come with nature but have been created by splicing... such as the carrot.

May I suggest the working of Dr Sebi, who was the choice doctor for a number of celebrities who gave up on the GP (General Practicianor) who admits by their name to never being able to master their trade, in the very meaning of the name GP. Healers only need to heal and that it is.

His food lists can be found http://www.drsebiproducts.com/id60.html.

Carrots were taken from the original carrots (Rarely Seen anymore except in remote places) and were never Orange in colour before the interference and experimentation of Gregor Mendel. The same is also true of many pulses, vegetable, animals (Sheep, Pigs, Cows, Goats - in fact the original sheep (Ram) are now extinct) for the flesh eating carnivours and many others such as corn, wheat, beans, nuts.

The list should indicate which Items cannot be changed or refuse to change and dominate to recreated itself - or the foods which have been created by the hand of man which are within the proportions completely digestible and compatible for human consumptions without residue or deficiency.

Dr Sebi tests and has tested all the produce listed in his own laboratories.

I also download the complete food listings from the FDA in regards to the properties of foods, if you are interested.

Please note that I have an ADHD, Autistic child who has defied diagnosis, based upon the complete change of diet and for my part a change in my lifestyle to best suit my children.... thereby realising that it best suited me.

As a general rule; If it is good for the children then it is good for you.

More Love and Lite.

Let me know what you think. I am open to any constructive criticism as it only helps me to learn better.

Cheers.

I am familiar with the carrot info you give, as well as there being others that are man-modified.

Dr. Sebi's info is absolutely wonderful from what I've taken in.

While anything the FDA puts out seems to be driven by pharmacutikills and their information is biased to say the least, I'd love to see the listings you speak of.

There are so many ideas that go into the validating whether some 'ingestion' is 'good' for you, that it becomes a diatribe in itself.  We could look at all food as coming from the stars. We could consider 'poison's' that are our cures, or toxic plants that man 'alchemically' make into a resource for the body.  We could also debate whether man's 'intervention' with food is always 'bad' - Some authors I've read, have suggested that people in the past 'spoke' to some plants, and had their permission to alter them...

Think of it this way - We had lost our way, and identifying food that was 'good' for us was becoming lost.  So, the sizes and colors were 'amplified' to make them more obvious to us what the food was good for.

If there was someone's work I could point to it would be Don Tolman.  Through all my years of study and research, I haven't found a person to hold a candle to the depth and breadth of knowledge that this man displays in a wide and varied subject matter - that all link back to health and cognitive function, that is sourced from cultures around the world.

Your general rule is tremendous - although, there is now 'Nursery' Water available with added Fluoride!  And, we feed our children candy and stick them with needles... so I think it's safe to say that we don't even know what is good for a child!

Namaste
