Spring has sprung, this is a very auspicious time to heal the liver. As I wake this morning my liver was kicking at my side. I plan on detailing how I will bring this long neglected organ back into balance.
My immediate response to my unsettled liver was to place a specimen of the Danburite crystal upon it, which has a cooling, relaxing, cleansing effect. As I go deeper into a cleansing protocal I will add to this post. Trying to be as concise as possible allowing others to streamline their own levels of healing.

Thank you, please keep us updated on the progress here as it is something I need to cleanse also. It is an organ I abused throughout my life and I now owe it to the body to repay that cleansing it. I have began to feel the organs that ache in energy work, right side just below the rib cage and above it.
Also powerful liver herbs are turmeric, cumin, (curries) etc.
Dandelion Tea is also very healing to the liver.
If you live in the suburbs and have access to a yard, look down to the ground for dandelion plants. They grow as weeds All you need are two plants and pull the entire plant from the ground, the roots are pretty long so you can cut the roots off from the plant. Wash them well, then cut each root length wise in half. Put them inside a quart of water and bring to a boil. You can drink it as a tea or wait until it cools down and drink it cold. The taste is very bitter, I'm not gonna lie. But it helps clean the liver and it's free to access. The leaves of the plant, some people put in salads but the leaves are very bitter so I would start with the roots first then once you get used to it you can incorporate the leaves into a salad, Use very little since they're bitter as well. Google up Dandelion health benefits.
Thank you for you post annunaqigirl,
As a side not it would also be a good idea to avoid dandelions in yards that may have been sprayed with pesticides, but they can easily be found "in the wild" or if you know that your yard has been mostly untainted by pesticides then even better!
I like to add honey to mine , I hope thats not cheating but it makes a really good drink (nice and hot on a winter day) - Although I do not use "homemade" tea yet (Glad I got the instructions :) .
On a side note relevant to original post
, Since this post was about the "kicking pain" in my side. Let's just say the colon cleasing kit "cured" that. Right side pain turned out to be a large physical blockage in the ascending colon.
What a great relief. Even now the dandelion tea is a powerful healer that I enjoy every few days! Healing herbs!
