Which activity, exercise, effects the second chakra directly where you can feel its opposite polarity?

The Root Chakra - Running activates it directly.

When we are restarting exercise, we have to move negativity out the way in almost a physical sense, as its very dense down there. Running for instance takes a great force of will if you are not in your best shape, today was the first day I realised its because we are -literally- moving negativity out of our systems as we get into a healthy routine. As the root chakra and the legs get stronger, negativity is not felt running as often, it turns into feeling pleasurable unless you've had a really bad day (and need to shift a lot).


What activity specifically has this effect on the second chakra? Where I can say, yes I feel the conflict being moved through, I feel the fertalization process, and harvest of what was born of that exercise.

We'd be talking about duality/conflict, fertilization, so what specific routine hits the second chakra in this kind of physical way, where you can literally feel it going through its opposite polarity in the body/mind/soul?

For me, confronting problems and challenges and not buckling into conflict? But where is fertilization in that? Hopefully someone has a better example, that includes seeding, harvest etc. Perhaps it is a case of better identifying what happens when these things are not resolved successfully?

Many thanks for any help. - I am feel it almost a certainty there is a very direct exercise or point of view/awareness, that can speed up activation of this chakra to a higher degree.

Thanks Mark for sharing this with us. I remember Sevan mentioning that exercise is like exorcism for the body, so i've always kept that in mind.

And it's definitely something I struggle with because although my body is not too much over-weight, I still suffer from sloth. And i tend to injure easily, but I still try to do my best to heal and get back onto a physical training regiment.

The crystal guide was fantastic :), thank you that is going in the reference section! I have a small dropbox file now I am sharing with a few people to pool resources, I will place that there for sure.

Also a great yoga pose I have found is:
Cobra Pose, using breath of fire. This takes the body to the extremes and makes breath of fire, for me extremely hard hitting.


This can be modified by bending the neck back if you are comfortable, and even raising the legs up behind you if you are that flexible.

Tones was appreciated too! Through all of this using orange calcite regularly for a several months now I had some major movement in that chakra, the spinning of it even off the body, and a few nights ago a small ball of energy (for those that can see such things), entering the body. Massively refreshing feeling that just filled the stomach area! I did call for a spiritual aid inside and outside, divine decree under the law of grace x3 (important wording, only the highest positive intent), for a freeing spirit to assist me to help break the cages/blocks/cycles etc down. I now realise when we do such things we call them from inside of us.

*Laying down life nerve stretch is a good pose I think for this also, it certainly works the core of you. The one I've used that works the stomach is:


Laying flat on your back on the ground, lifting your legs up just a small distance off the ground, lifting your arms out, palms sideways and free (not clasped) and holding that pose + breath of fire. This will soon tense the core and is quite a demanding pose depending on core strength, a minute or two of this with breath of fire is very engaging, I recommend laying back afterwards and letting the energy integrate :).

The key in my innerstanding is the extremes to activate the chakra. Time in the sun - cold showers, hot kundalini raising  - cool grounding. Bending the back to its extreme and then pumping the front. This for me is the most direct way of engaging the navel and of course the point of earth existing, putting the extremes together to balance them. (solve/see if real etc) Solar state is the next layer, I wonder if our evolution is that linear or predictable, or we move somewhere else next.


So I am looking for extremes if anyone has any in exercise, there is of course staying in discomfort, the mental process till creation can take place in our lives (moving through old conflicts/blocks/patterns). Eloheim teaches this and now I innerstand it on a physical/energetic level as well. 

Also I notice the result of exercising the legs for me was to perceive the extreme dualities of negative/positive, and the result of exercising the navel has been to realise the full flood of energy in the solar plexus. Sounds simple but its nice to see/experience it on a physical level.
